The conference will be carried out 28.07 -2.08.2002 in Kiev, the oldest city of the Slav world called "Mother of the Russian cities". Kiev s located on the banks of the picturesque river of Dnieper, which crosses East Europe and runs into the Black sea near Crimea Peninsula.
The Conference is hosted by the five largest Universities of Kiev: The man venue of the Conference will be the KPI, one of Europe's oldest Universities of Technology. Many famous engineers like Igor Sikorsky and Sergey Korolyov graduated from there. There will be organized a special bus fare system between those Universities.

The INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BORISPIL is located in 35 km from Kiev. The Airport provides convenient flight connections to many countries of the world.

Fortunately, those unpleasant consequences caused by the power station accident in Chernobil (approx. 150 km from Kiev) have been liquidated up to the present time. According to ecological organizations and independent control systems, the radiation now does not exceed 10 leR/hour. That within corresponds to International limits.
